Brandon Winbush, CPT, Lead Fitness Coach
Brandon Winbush is a strength, conditioning, and performance coach with over a decade of experience working across the full performance spectrum—from individuals new or returning to fitness, to post-rehabilitation clients rebuilding trust in their bodies, to elite competitive athletes. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Specialist, a USA Basketball Gold Certified Coach, and a self-defense and combat sports practitioner shaped by real-world application and results.
Coach Brandon has served as the mindset and athletic performance coach for UFC veteran Mike Rodriguez and has delivered post-rehabilitation, general fitness, and high-level performance programs both domestically and abroad. His background spans long-term athlete development through work with the New England Revolution Youth Academy, Reggie Lewis Center basketball/Track coaching, and high-performance environments.
Known for his highly personalized, connective approach, Coach Brandon bridges movement, mindset, and lifestyle to build resilient, confident bodies at any fitness level. Outside of Synergy, he serves as Executive Director in Training for Youth in Crisis, using sports and mentorship to create discipline, growth, and lasting impact for proven-risk and at-risk youth.
