Debra Woods brings a lifelong passion for health and well-being to Synergy. She trained at Mayo Clinic to support individuals in making the most of their health and well-being in ways that feel doable, sustainable, and even enjoyable. Her coaching work is enriched by her background as a CPA, corporate controller, educator, writer, speaker, and mother.
During coaching sessions, Debra meets members where they are, tailoring her coaching to fit their unique motivations and life challenges. Using evidence-based strategies, she collaborates with individuals to design practical, realistic, and even fun steps toward their health and wellness goals. Overall, Debra helps members build a personalized toolkit and roadmap for feeling and living at their best in the short and long term.
Debra strives to walk the talk of wellness by attending to her own health and well-being. Having successfully steered through significant life transitions, including her journey as a cancer survivor, Debra knows well the difference that high-level self-care can make. She brings this authenticity to every session, helping members harness their own strengths to thrive through change.
