Isabel Walls
Isabel Walls is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience practicing primary care and family medicine in Boston.
She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and finished her pre-medical training through Georgetown University’s post-baccalaureate certificate program. Upon relocating to the Boston area with her family, she completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
She has extensive training in functional medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) and the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM). Her clinical expertise ranges from allergies, autoimmunity, digestive disorders and gastrointestinal health, thyroid and hormone optimization, as well as holistic approaches to mental health, fertility optimization and weight loss. She enjoys taking a “food as medicine” approach in supporting Synergy patients and working alongside Synergy Physicians to help patients thrive.
Outside of work, she is passionate about spending time with her three children and husband with weekends devoted to sports games and dance recitals, exploring New England trails, and practicing hot yoga.
