Synergy June Updates

Welcome Summer

After a colder-than-usual New England spring, we hope that our members take advantage of the warmer weather to do more outside.  Moving more, focusing on breath, and spending time in nature are evidence-based ways to promote your health and wellbeing, and help to prevent illness.  Perhaps go outside to try the alternate nostril breathing technique (featured in May’s Mindful Monday).  We hope you will take time to notice and savor summer moments of relaxation.

Welcome Sherelle!

We are delighted to introduce Sherelle McCutchen to the Synergy community.  Sherelle joins us as a Client Liaison and is located at our front desk.   If you’ve enjoyed your interactions with Katie in this role, then you will be pleased to know that our members will still be able to work with Katie as one of our fantastic medical assistants.

Sherelle brings to her position a wealth of experience and a passion for the highest quality work.  She will be happy to assist Synergy members with their non-clinical needs including the scheduling of appointments and consults.  Sherelle previously worked with the Brigham and Women’s outpatient center in Westwood.  She is already a warm and welcomed member of the team; we know our members will appreciate her caring manner and meticulous attention to detail.

Congratulations to Dr. Parks

We are delighted to share with our members that our own Dr. Kimberly Parks was once again recognized by Concierge Medicine Today (CMT) as one of the “Top 25 Industry Physician Leaders.”  CMT is an industry trade publication who bestows this recognition/Editor’s Award upon unique physicians who they believe have made a significant positive impact on the industry.

Dr. Parks will also be a featured speaker at the annual Institute of Lifestyle Medicine conference this month where she has given talks annually. She is also a member of the institute’s faculty.

Congratulations Dr. Parks!
