We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our successful, growing practice in the Greater Boston Area / Wellesley, MA. This role is ideal for a physician who values long term relationship-based medicine, takes an integrative approach to the practice of evidence-based primary care, and has experience or training in lifestyle medicine and/or functional medicine.
The expected patient panel size is approximately 300 patients, allowing physicians the time, resources, and clinical support to deliver thoughtful, comprehensive care without the pressures of volume-based medicine. Physician work at Synergy is intentionally enhanced by a robust multidisciplinary care model, enabling clinicians to focus on high-impact medical decision-making while collaborating with an exceptional team.

Position Overview
Synergy Private Health is a physician-owned / women-owned and physician-led integrative concierge medical practice dedicated to reimagining healthcare through a personalized, collaborative, and evidence-based integrative model that elevates whole-person health. Moving beyond a reactive approach, Synergy delivers next-generation care via a proactive framework centered on optimizing healthspan, longevity, and peak performance.
Our model brings top physicians together with a skilled team dedicated to member well-being; we care for a highly engaged patient population and deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care supported by a multidisciplinary clinical team including health coaches. Patients receive personalized plans that may leverage specialized strategies such as advanced testing, functional medicine, and hormone therapy. About Synergy Private Health
Provide comprehensive integrative adult primary care including all aspects of preventive care and healthspan optimization, chronic disease management, and acute care
Develop long-term, therapeutic relationships with a defined patient panel (~300 patients)
Practice evidence-based medicine while thoughtfully incorporating integrative, functional, and lifestyle-focused approaches
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including:
Nurses and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)
Health coaches including behavioral change experts
Registered dietitians and nutrition specialists
Fitness, exercise, and movement professionals
Integrative practitioners including Mind-Body and stress-management specialists
Utilize embedded lifestyle medicine and wellness resources, including:
An on-site teaching kitchen to support nutrition education and culinary medicine
An embedded fitness center for 1:1 patient exercise training and movement-based interventions
A growing suite of online member engagement offerings, including digital education, coaching, and wellness programming
Participate in collaborative care planning, case discussions, and clinical innovation initiatives
Maintain a growth mindset and contribute to a positive culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and patient-centered excellence
Responsibilities
Generous physician compensation model, with total compensation targeted at approximately 1.5× MGMA national averages for primary care physicians, commensurate with experience
