Susie Robertson, MS, RDN, LDN, CPT, Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Susie Robertson is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in nutrition and fitness. Fueled by her love of science and biology, Susie earned a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from Cornell University. She later discovered her passion for nutrition during her AmeriCorps year of service, during which she organized cooking workshops with dietitians and chefs. She went on to pursue a master’s degree in nutrition communication from Tufts University, kicking off a career of nutrition education in hospitals, community centers, and universities.
With her dual expertise as a personal trainer, Susie helps members access their physical potential and build an enjoyable exercise routine. Whether teaching proper form to reduce the risk of injuries or designing a program for optimal strength in mid-life, she plans workouts around members’ time constraints and available equipment.
As a nutrition coach, thinks of herself as a guide that helps members discover their own goals. She leans on scientific evidence to suggest effective exercise routines, meal plans, and dietary recommendations. Most importantly, she places members’ health needs, food preferences, and lifestyle at front and center.
An avid weightlifting enthusiast since childhood, Susie competed in the sprinting, shot-put, and discus events in track & field.
