Session 1 - Introduction: Meet Dr. Naidoo when she joins us for the first session to introduce her book and important work.

Session 3 - The Solution: Discover key nutritional strategies and calming foods. The "What" to eat.
Session 4 - The Protocol: Create a personalized, practical plan to implement the changes. The "How-To."
Uma Naidoo, MD, is a board-certified Harvard nutritional psychiatrist, professional chef and nutritional biologist. She is the founder and director of the first hospital-based nutritional and metabolic psychiatry service in the United States, at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). She also serves as the director of Nutritional Psychiatry at MGH Academy. Dr. Naidoo serves on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and the Harvard Department of Nutrition, and is an instructor at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.
